Blackburneus looks good...
but I cannot make out the punctate protibiae in any of these images. Can try and key out later if Phil or Paul do not get to it first.

Blackburneus indeed
Blackburneus stercorosus. Other eastern species either look different and also have hair along the elytral margin, near the apex.
