Draeculacephala antica
A common grass-feeding species with a head a third the length of the wings (the head is shorter in allied species).

Draeculacephala.
Genus is definitely Draeculacephala, but I'd wait for Andy Hamilton to give a species name, if it can be determined from an image alone.
