Striking specimen!
This is a particularly striking male specimen of Ripiphorus, and while at least some of the western species are well-diagnosed and can be reliably keyed, I can't see enough of the characters necessary to go any further given these pictures.

As I've said elsewhere, this genus really, really, REALLY needs to be revised. The next time I have six months with nothing to do I might take a shot at it...
