Isotoma sp.
Else Hydroisotoma schaefferi.
Was it found near to water?

No
Not especially close to water. It was under a rock in the deciduous woods behind our house. There is a large river about 0.5 km away, but not close as the springtail walks.

Thanks, Ben
Isotoma sp. is then the best match.

Thank you
I appreciate all your help with identification.
