Forktail?

Forktail?
Patagonia Lake, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA
March 22, 2009
I've had this image a while now and can't seem to find any info on the damselfly. I want to say an Eastern Forktail but I don't think they are in AZ. Any ideas on this damselfly?
