ID
Conotrachelus cf seniculus LeConte Looks a little different but fits nothing else. Venter has more scales than usual and thorax is less carinate. A frontal view would help. This is a tough one to ID.

C. anaglypticus?
Not an ID, but kinda looks like C. anaglypticus.

 
Robert Anderson says, "Could be an abraded C. anaglypticus."
