Thanks. The wing venation (I just added a clearer shot of it) and 4th tarsomere did look different.

Orthocladiinae
Orthocladiinae. I'm pretty sure there's no M-Cu crossvein. Female antenna of Diamesa has a couple more segments. Fourth tarsomere cylindrical.

Key within subfamily is heavily dependent on male characters.
