The hair appearance resembles Prosevania fuscipes

My general feel is that the h
My general feel is that the hind legs look more akin to either
Hyptia
or
Evaniella
. From what I can see, this looks like a smaller species, which would align. But if it's larger, an urban environment could instead align with
Prosevania
.

It is an ensign wasp. Can't see details of wing venation and sculpture well enough to place it to genus.
