Archasia auriculata
This is a correction to my previous misidentification. The two species look a lot alike, but A. auriculata (in addition to being larger) has the crest almost the same color throughout, with just an obscurely darker edge with pale spots that break it up into a row of dashes or spots. In A. belfragei the edge of the crest is a solid, black line contrasting with the yellow-green sides. This specimen is more brownish than usual.
The size of A. belfragei is usually cited as 8-9 mm (10-11 in A. auriculata) which is why I thought this specimen was belfragei; but I find now that some specimens are as short as 9 mm.
The former name A. galeata is based on an unavailable name, so it has been changed to A. auriculata
