Tiger Beetle - Cicindela rufiventris
American Tobacco Trail north of Scott King Road, Durham County, North Carolina, USA

On a trail. (Originally misidentified a C. punculata--thanks for correction.) Now, I'm also not sure about it being C. rufiventris, so am moving to ID request.

Hmm...
Not sure about the ID, this looks like Cicindela rufiventris, since it does not have the punctures in the elytra.
