Fly - Ocyptamus fuscipennis - Male

I saw this fly hovering around some flowers and photographed it once it landed. Any help in identifying is appreciated.

Ocyptamus
Please read the comment attached to the other picture.
This is a male (eyes touch!) of Ocyptamus sp. not Baccha elongata!

Flower fly
This is a flower fly in the family Syrphidae. I want to say it is in the genus Bacca, but not certain.
