Bagworm Moth - male

Bagworm Moth - Male
Rainbow Park Elem. Opa-Locka, Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA
March 11, 2011
Size: moth about 10 mm.
Almost every building here in south FL is covered with this guys, the school where this was taken certainly is, most of the time you just see the "bags" stuck there with no sign of life. but this morning I saw this guy which I assume is freshly emerged from the empty "cocoon" at the other end of the bag. If it can be IDed to species it will be appreciated.
