Size: 10.5mm
It was on the water surface just like a strider, at the edge of a large swamp.

Marsh Treader
Looks like a Water Scorpion, but the body structure is different. This is a Marsh Treader in the family Hydrometridae, genus Hydrometridae. Nice find!
