not a bumble bee
Sorry - this is a Melecta (a type of Cuckoo bee that generally attacks Anthophora species). Note the very stubby marginal cell in the wing - Bombus has a very elongated marginal cell. Also note the slightly thickened antennae, and lack of a scopa.

Seems to be Melecta pacifica fulvida.

It was the first time I saw that Bumble Bee and it attrakted my eyes. Would like to know what it is by myself ;)
