probably faded?
The black basal spot on the hindwing I'd think would point more towards Amanda's Pennant or the Faded Pennant. Smaller spot would say Faded to me, but I'm certainly no expert...

Confused......
Dennis Paulson, who is writing a book on Eastern and Western Dragonflies, wrote and told me this was an Ornate Pennant formerly known as the Faded Pennant. It sure looks like a Red-Veined to me and nothing like the Ornate I submitted on an earlier date.
