I'd love to learn as much as possible here--spider and fly species--plus some explanation of what's going on. It appears that the fly on the right is feeding on the spider's prey. The fly on the left seems to be interacting with the spider...

"The flies are almost certainly of the family Milichiidae (no common name that I know of). They are well known for their association with predators, especially ones feeding on stink bugs or squash bugs! I just read that on an entire site devoted to this family of flies:
