bulls-eye leaf spot - Polystepha quercifolia

Size: about 3/4in.
Searching around in the backyard for signs of life and saw this bulls-eye mark on some oak leaves. Looks like a mining trail exit hole or something. Distinctive though. It was on 3 or four other leaves. This is the view from the top of the leaf.
