Size: 4 mm
Came to UV light. Images of Dichrooscytus look similar, e.g., http://bugguide.net/node/view/410922/, although compared to that image, the sides here seem more parallel; the "nose" here protrudes less; the membrane here is less dark; and other markings are different, as well.
