This is a tischeriid of the genus
Coptotriche
. Note the "jacked up in front" resting position with the legs tucked under, which is characteristic for the family; also, the labial palpi are quite short, whereas in most gelechiids and other Gelechioidea they tend to be long, upcurved, and pointy. The uniformly dark color identifies this moth as one of the Rosaceae-feeding
Coptotriche
species, but they all look very similar and can't be reliably differentiated from each other unless they are dissected.
