Size: 1.5-2 cm diameter
I collected five of these and put them all in the same bag. So far all that has emerged is a bunch of torymids.

Update: As of 4/17/2011, a total of 15 torymids had emerged, along with 3 pteromalids like these:

4/19: A total of 8 pteromalids.
5/15: A single eulophid emerged.

Netta Dorchin says: "I’m afraid I can’t say what species this is without knowing the plant’s identity. The dried galls are almost certainly Asphondylia galls, though."
