Yep
Looks right to me. The white ring on the proboscis, medial light ring on hindtarsomere 1, and light and dark scales on the wings ID this one firmly. Daytime attack is common in this species.
I have also started noticing Ochlerotatus taeniorhynchus (our other common saltmarsh species) biting around Vero Beach.
