Pteromalid from goldenrod rosette gall

Size: 2.3 mm
Emerged on 4/17/2011 from the same batch of galls as this one:

This new one has a distinct gold band on the abdomen that doesn't seem to be present in the other individual, and has a pointier abdomen. Maybe this is a female and the other is a male?
