Size: approx 2 or 3 mm
The yellow debris is mesquite flower parts tangled in spider web. Subject was found on outdoor cactus collection.

We're learning a lot from your posts. With the tips of the antennae flared and the fact that this was found on Mesquite, could it be a young nymph of this?

 
reasonable suggestion -
but I think the nymph is too small for being sure. That this very early stage of nymph had 3mm, of course points in the same direction.
The fact, that in this nymph the 4rth, and not the 3rd antennal segment is enlarged, does not, otherwise!
