Black Bristly Caterpillar -
Estigmene acrea
Fort Worth, Texas, USA
April 24, 2011
Size: 2 1/2 inches
I have 4 of these Giants eating on my Mint in my herb garden. At first look I thought they may have been Leopard moths but now I am thinking Salt Marsh.... Any other thoughts?
