Wow! Gorgeous,
can see every bristle. Yes, Dasychira for sure. Wagner writes about D. meridionalis, the Southern Tussock, on page 444, and describes clubbed black setae from both the subspiracular and the supraspiracular tufts. That sure looks like a perfect description of your beauty.
