Size: ~ 1 cm
Any thoughts on an ID for these moths? Habitat was sandy-open, Sonoran Desert wash with riparian shrubs and upland desert vegetation.

Nice images. Looked like A. punctiferella to me...a species known to range into the Mojave Desert of CA, but not recorded in the as occurring in AZ.

I consulted Jerry Powell and he said he thinks this is A. punctiferella. So it seems it's a range extension.
