The pattern and shape of this
The pattern and shape of this spider's abdomen is very distinctive, especially the wide black stripe along its underside. It's a Marbled Cellar Spider, Holocnemus pluchei. It was introduced to North America and has spread rapidly throughout California and across the southwestern United States. It appears to be spreading quickly through Oregon as well. Only last year I found them to be quite common in Roseburg, Douglas Co., OR, where three years ago I didn't see any.
