There are slight differences in dorsal patterns in the D. dispersa group, and this one actually looks a bit more like D. seminola than D. dispersa. I've seen D. seminola from Mississippi and Louisiana, and Epler (2010) mentioned specimens from Texas, so it is certainly possible there
