Eupithecia?
Got to think its in the very large Eupithecia group. I checked the MPG pinned plates and I don't find a good match. Some in the Hodges # 7570's range are similar but nothing with the black AM band like your very well marked moth. Maybe someone smarter will come along and nail this down. Either way, nice photo!
