Size: 10 mm
Looks a lot like Telamona scalaris, but is a little bigger and lacks the flattened section at the rear of the crest.

Telamona projecta
this species is now Telamona projecta. Matt Wallace determined that T. projecta is a valid species, and now Telamona excelsa contains T. unicolor. See: http://www.biotaxa.org/Zootaxa/article/view/zootaxa.4007.2.7.
