wasp - male

wasp - Male
Cross Plains, Dane County, Wisconsin, USA
May 16, 2011
Size: just under 3mm
I'm extremely frustrated with the photos I've taken of this wasp. They almost all turned out blue-tinged which is really hard to change. The body of the wasp is actually bronze-colored which doesn't show up on this photo. The "antlers" on this wasp were magnificent.

Moved
Moved from Chalcidoid Wasps.

Eulophinae…
No problem. I would leave this male at the subfamily level for now.
