I noticed that there were only a handful of images of eggs for this beautiful butterfly, so I thought I'd add a few more...

Aren't our cameras wonderful things??? When I tried to point this egg out to my mother-in-law, she looked at the leaf and said, "What?! I don't even see anything?"

Then, I showed her the close-up image... she was thrilled! :-)

I was soooo excited to find these! I hadn't tried to locate butterfly eggs yet, but once I started looking, I managed to find these and some Monarch eggs as well. (Too bad that I only had my point-and-shoot with me -- these would have been really cool with the 100mm macro I have.)
