Scolopendromorpha
Based on the number of legs. I think this may be Scolopocryptops spinicaudus but Dr. Shelley might be able to make a more confident determination.

 
Scolopocryptops spinicaudus
After having examined several specimens from Oregon and Washington, I feel confident in this determination, especially since the other western Scolopocryptops, S. gracilis, has not been reported north of California.
