I think this is probably an immature spider. I have other photos taken the previous day but they are a bit blue-tinged and not as clear.

Dictynidae - Mesh Web Weavers
I think. They are pretty hard to ID to genus. We've been storing a bunch of them in Dictyna-like. This is a great shot for a 3 mm spider.
