I'm not 100% sure this is a moth. If it is, it's the smallest one I've ever seen.

I am not convinced
this is a hydroptilid. Antennae and head, plus end of wing don't look right. Did you keep it? If so, does it have scales on the wings and legs, or hairs on the wings? Some of these real little moths don't have a proboscis

 
I didn't keep it but they are
I didn't keep it but they are on my moth sheet most nights. Since submitting this to BG I've photographed hundreds of species of micromoths and I'm convinced this is a species of microcaddisfly.
