Cactus Bug - Narnia

Cactus Bug - Narnia
Dripping Springs, east of Las Cruces, Dona Ana County, New Mexico, USA
May 8, 2006
Most of these I saw were on Prickley Pear, but this one was on a fishhook barrel cactus (the yellow area is the fruit). Identified as Narnia sp. using the guide. Our two BugGuide records thus far were from California and Florida, so I thought I would help fill in the map. The other two BugGuide records were from November and December, so this helps fill out the temporal record too.

As always, corrections or clarifications to my ID are appreciated.
