Tiny Bagworm

Tiny Bagworm
Seminole, Seminole County, Oklahoma, USA
May 28, 2011
Found all over the plants in our town. On all of my oaks (post and blackjack), found crawling around on my chain link fence and hanging from threads. One does not do much damage but lots of them do lots of damage. Any idea what these are, and do I need to worry at all about them? Thank you.
