Unknown bug in grass.

Unknown bug in grass.
Parkland, Broward County, Florida, USA
May 31, 2011
Size: Approx. 3/8"
This was a small fly that I saw while taking pictures in my yard. It was rather calm around me, letting me get very close for several shots before it flew away.

Moved from Tachinidae.

Tachinidae or Sarcophagidae
This is probably a tachinid, but it also looks like a Miltogrammine Sarcophagidae. From this single view I can't tell.

That seems to be missing some
That seems to be missing some features like the two "antennae" on the front of mine, as well as the differently colored legs. Also, I am not sure how much of an issue it is, but the "spikes/hairs" on the body seem much shorter than mine, as does the body shape. Otherwise, the coloring and general appearance does seem very similar.
