Syrphid fly? - Toxomerus geminatus - Female

Found outside sunning itself. Pretty sure this is a syrphid fly, but was unable to narrow down any further. Would this be a female since the eyes aren't touching?

I think this may be...
Toxomerus geminatus but I can't make out the pattern for sure.. it looks pretty close to me..
