Laphria
Possibly the most distinctive robber fly in the east because of the fine waspy colors and the Death's head on the thorax. A lover of pine woods. A wasp mimic. This is a lovely series of Laphria saffrana.

The only cure for that nauseous feeling is a lot of net swinging.
