Moved
Moved from Allosirocalus.
Thanks Robert. It's a new genus and species for the guide, and documents another introduced species.

Moved tentativley --another nice find, Tom!

Microplontus campestris (Gyll.)
This looks like Microplontus campestris (Gyll.) introduced into North America from Europe. It's apparently monophagous on Chrysantyhemum leucanthemum L. (Asteraceae). Our (Anderson and Korotyaev 2004: Can. Ent. 136: 233-239) paper only had records for Guelph, Ontario and I am not sure how widely distributed it is now.

Should this be considered
a record for the United States? Massachusetts? Anywhere?
