Microplontus campestris (Gyll.)
This looks like Microplontus campestris (Gyll.) introduced into North America from Europe. It's apparently monophagous on Chrysantyhemum leucanthemum L. (Asteraceae). Our (Anderson and Korotyaev 2004: Can. Ent. 136: 233-239) paper only had records for Guelph, Ontario and I am not sure how widely distributed it is now.
