I couldn't place this
in my 1969 revision (p.56). It has since been found to be the same as P. offensa (p. 48). I'll check again tomorrow to make sure which name should be used.

Tenthredinidae, Blennocampinae
Phymatocera rusculla (MacGillivray), male. Specimen examined. Larvae probably feed on false solomon's seal.
