Tailed Blue
There are a lot of blues out there but this looks like a Western Tailed Blue. I think I see a little orange spot near the HW margin

If that was in the east, then yes. But there may be a few blues out in the west that may look like that. I'm not aware of any with only a single little orange spot though, most have a band of orange and some blue
