Agrilus bespencus Barr
This is A. bespencus Barr, described in 2008. Barr mentioned that the species keys to A. pubescens Fisher. This photo matches with specimens I collected in Texas in 2018. A. bespencus has a very slightly, medially depressed upper frons, visible in this photo, which A. pubescens doesn't have.
