Ichneumon - Megarhyssa atrata - Female

Can someone ID this ichneumon to species? It had the longest ovipositor that I have ever seen on an ichneumon. Easily 4 inches in length.

I was wondering why Bob hasn't posted anything in quite a while. I had once told Bob that, before I discovered BugGuide, I used to use his site for ID's. I just discovered that Bob died just months after this post.
