Sapyga sp. (Sapygidae)
The Sapygidae seem to be rare. Possibly Sapyga centrata. Nice shots.

 
Yes!
Very nice find indeed! They may not be that rare, as they are parasites of the abundant Megachile leafcutter bees. I have found female Sapyga hanging out in the vicinity of leafcutter nests when the bees nest in rather dense aggregations.
