Hyalophora - Hyalophora columbia - Male Female

Mating pair of H. columbia I believe. Found mating, in water, at the edge of the Chubb River. They were clinging to these short grasses, so I rescued them. The female did lay eggs. This is very boreal habitat.

Thank you so much. I found a male near the Chubb River another year, so they looked like the picture I had. So happy to find a mating pair!
