Steatoda.
Definitely a species of Steatoda. Latrodectus are almost invariably jet black as adults, with a brilliant RED hourglass (or broken hourglass in the northern black widow). The webs and behavior are quite similar, though, and it is very easy to get confused! No worries, Steatoda is not venomous to humans.
