Uknown Fly - Orthonevra nitida - Male

Size: approx. 5mm
Was photoing elderberry and saw this fly on the edge of a leaf. The eye pattern is what struck me. It was shot with a flash directly behind the lens so perhaps this is the "eyeshine" of the fly.
