Male Glowworm Beetle - male

Male Glowworm Beetle - Male
Fort Bragg, Cumberland County, North Carolina, USA
May 21, 2006
Size: around 20 mm
Found dead in a spider's web. Is it a true bug or a fly or what?

What

I think you're right
I didn't think of this because beetles shouldn't have this kind of wings. These are weird looking beetles!
